Property Listings are intended to be viewed by other Users and are publicly accessible. Information selected for publication may include property details, photographs, location information, agency or Seller/Agent name, and contact details where the User chooses or is required to display them.
Users should not include personal information in a public Listing that they do not want made publicly available. Publicly available listing information may be viewed, copied or indexed by third parties, including search engines, subject to the operation and settings of those third parties.
A Seller/Agent is responsible for ensuring that they have authority to provide and publish personal information about other individuals contained in a Listing.
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to service providers and advisers that assist us with payment processing, hosting and cloud services, website operation, security, communications, customer support, analytics, marketing, accounting, legal services and other business functions.
Where a User elects to publish information or use functionality designed to connect Users, relevant personal information may be disclosed to other Users for that purpose.
We may disclose personal information where required or authorised by law, including in response to lawful court orders, regulatory requirements, law enforcement requests or where otherwise permitted under the Privacy Act.
